Diagnostics
Multifunctional, user-friendly, reliable
MS-39
Cross sectional images with an extremely large diameter of a maximum of 16 millimetres can be displayed for the entire anterior segment of the eye.
The SCHWIND MS-39 allows for a particularly detailed overview of the cornea including the corneal aberrations. Here, the user can differentiate between the anterior, posterior, or entire cornea. Maps and simulations help with analysis, as well as when talking to patients.
- Keratoconus screening
- IOL calculation
- Glaucoma screening
- Pupillography
- Lens biometrics
- Dry eye analysis
SCHWIND PERAMIS
2-in-1 topography and aberrometry
Exact corneal and ocular wavefront data in a single step.
The SCHWIND PERAMIS provides extremely precise diagnostic information and help for determining the appropriate treatment method.
In a single step, this combination topograph and aberrometer analyses the optical characteristics of the cornea and the entire eye. A unique feature of SCHWIND diagnostic devices is the inclusion of static cyclotorsion control in all treatment methods using any SCHWIND AMARIS laser.

SCHWIND Combi-Workstation
Bundled knowledge
OCT, placido topography and aberrometer, all on one table.
The Combi-Workstation is SCHWIND’s most powerful diagnostic system, bundling the capabilities of SCHWIND MS-39 and SCHWIND Peramis onto a single instrument table solution.
The combi-workstation gives the doctor all the necessary information on tomography, topography, aberrometry and pachymetry in a single sitting, for evaluation with the same software. A unique feature of all SCHWIND diagnostic devices is the inclusion of static cyclotorsion control in all treatment methods using any SCHWIND AMARIS laser.

SCHWIND SIRIUS+
Exact corneal thickness and wavefront data in a single step
The SCHWIND SIRIUS+ provides indispensable information on corneal thickness and comprehensive diagnostic assistance.
Resolution
Placido technology detects the smallest irregularities of the cornea and gives very high 1 µm resolution. This ensures exact diagnoses based on topographic and wavefront data.
Extensive topographic data
SCHWIND SIRIUS+ analyses the anterior and posterior corneal surface separately and with wide coverage. Sirius can also calculate the power of intraocular lenses and help with contact lens fitting.
Scheimpflug camera for higher safety
The highly developed Scheimpflug technology in SCHWIND SIRIUS+ generates a corneal pachymetry map of the eye. This detailed information on the corneal thickness makes diagnosis and laser ablation safer. Comprehensive information on keratoconus classification, morphology and follow-up ensures the highest precision in diagnosing patients with this eye disease.
Pupillometry
An integrated pupillometry function aids in treatment planning. It captures the pupil diameter either dynamically or statically, depending on defined light conditions.
Convenient measurement
Measurement is touch-free. Since topography and pachymetry are measured by the same device, the patient need not switch chin rests.
In just one step, this combination topograph and Scheimpflug camera performs a fast, three-dimensional analysis of the entire cornea and anterior eye segment. It’s the perfect solution for refractive and therapeutic surgery and is also suitable for keratoconus screening.
